A well-matched pair of Danish teak armchairs, circa 1960s. The frames follow the angled, Z-leg construction common to the period — solid teak throughout, with slatted backs, tapered legs, and rounded paddle armrests. Joinery is tight and both chairs are structurally sound.
Cushions are original, upholstered in a multi-stripe fabric — brown, tan, ochre, and cream — and have been steam cleaned. The fabric shows wear consistent with age: some fading and light staining, no tears. Maker unconfirmed; construction and detailing are consistent with Danish production of the era.
